Marcus Tan

B. A., University of Miami

Following his graduation from law school, Marcus worked at the Miami Public Defender's Office, where he defended felonies, misdemeanors, traffic cases, and juvenile delinquency cases.

In 2009, Marcus opened the Law Office of Marcus Tan, P.A. Since then, Marcus has expanded his practice to include immigration cases and civil litigation.

As an immigrant to the United States, Marcus has been through the immigration process himself and understands how it feels for our clients to go through this complex process.

Marcus Tan is a member of the Florida Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and the Asian Pacific American Bar Association.
